I joined our organisation in 2009 and inherited using Solutions as a cleaning company. Initially we only used them for cleaning and the service has always been wonderful. They have come out on the same day if required: notably on one occasion coming out during the day when we had an issue with easter Eggs melting on the carpet. Solutions even came and cleaned a mess outside the building that had been caused by rodents getting into our bins and tearing the bin bags apart. We have a very good, and stable relationship with Solutions and we have begun using them for their Facilities Services such as electricians, plumbers and for window cleaning. The cleaners work out of hours but if there is anything extra to do a quick message to the office will ensure it is carried out that evening. We had an occasion recently when the cleaners discovered a water leak on a Friday night; the Solutions office could not get hold of anyone from our organisation to inform them and so they sent a plumber round to turn the water off to prevent any further damage. The management team are friendly and approachable with excellent customer service. We are approached regularly by other cleaning companies, and a few years ago undertook a contract tendering process, but I cannot see that we would get a better service from anyone else. I would recommend Solutions without hesitation and look forward to continuing our long and happy partnership.

Before we moved to our new premises over 4 years ago, I met with several cleaning providers, as usual the representatives promise you the earth. I like to use local suppliers where I can, so I took a punt on Solutions Services. I can hand on heart say that Solutions Services have exceeded my expectations. The cleaning team are well trained and valued and take great pride in their work. They are always punctual, presentable, and polite. The team will always go above and beyond and this is greatly appreciated. The washroom supplies are monitored by the cleaning team and reordered as required, this is very reassuring and one less thing for me to worry about. I am particularly impressed that there is a quality control system in place which contributes to consistent levels of service and gives room for feedback and praise where its due. Whenever I have had the need to contact the office, I have always received a prompt and helpful response. Solutions Services recent addition of a handyman has proven to be particularly useful to me, I can book this by the hour so don’t have to wait until I have a long list of jobs. Steven has been really helpful, does a great job and cleans up after himself, a bonus for me. It’s great to see a local company with so many long serving employees that have had the opportunity to progress. I think this is testament to Solutions Services being a successful well-run company.

SmartdrainUK is a relatively new drainage company, established in 2015. Solutions Services have provided us with help and support over the last few years which has enable the company to grow. Sarah (director of Solutions Services) supported the company in its very early stages, by renting the company office and warehouse space and was always on hand to provide us with business support and advice. As the company has grown and moved on, Sarah and her team have continued to support our business, some examples include offering advice on how to maintain our warehouse floor to maximise space and provide us with IT support to help us set up our offices and computer system. They are always on hand to help us when faced with problems, whether this be a handyman for a broken toilet or help with internet connection, we can always rely on Sarah and her team.
